30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund

Gifts should bring peace of mind, not hassle.

If you purchase a Jagruk Family Gift Pass and the recipient does not find it useful, or if they already have an active subscription, you can claim a full 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Full Refund

  • Unredeemed Gift Codes: Any gift pass that has not yet been redeemed is eligible for an automatic 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Redeemed Passes: If the recipient redeemed the pass within the last 7 days and is not completely satisfied, we will gladly process a full refund.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If two relatives or friends accidentally gift the same couple a pass, the extra order is refunded immediately upon notice.

2. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) via our payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with standard Reserve Bank of India (RBI) interbank settlement guidelines.
