We strive to keep all milestone timelines, vaccination charts, and government program details accurate and updated against official sources (MoHFW, IAP, FOGSI, WHO, ICMR). However, government regulations, tax rates, and immunization updates change periodically. We provide citations for original sources so you can verify the latest rules directly.
When used without an account, your milestone progress is stored exclusively in your local browser cache. Clearing your browser data or switching devices without saving to cloud sync will reset your locally stored checkboxes. If you use cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the email inbox receiving your one-time passwords (OTP).
Digital gift passes purchased on Jagruk Family are delivered electronically and redeemable for timeline access or customized health kundlis. Gift purchases are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The proprietary milestone synthesis, design system, illustrations, and user interface are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws owned by Newrup Tech Solutions. You may share individual milestone cards with family members (such as via our “Send to Maa” feature), but automated scraping or bulk redistribution of our content database is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Newrup Tech Solutions and its directors, employees, or medical panel members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
