Vitamin D drops daily
400 IU a day through the first year, if your paediatrician agrees.
Why It Matters (Clinical Guidance)
- Breast milk is low in vitamin D, which builds strong bones.
- Indian paediatricians (IAP) advise drops for every infant. WHO leaves it to research, so ask your doctor.
- Your doctor will suggest a brand and dose.
