Know when to leave for the hospital
First baby: contractions every 5 minutes, lasting about a minute, for an hour. Sooner if your waters break.
Why It Matters (Clinical Guidance)
- Go at once for bleeding, green or brown water, fewer baby movements, a bad headache or fever.
- Save 102 and 108 in every phone. Both are free.
- Decide now who drives, who looks after the home, and where the bag is.
